2. Repair Process

3. Warranty and Limitations
Our repairs come with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or further tampering with the device after our repair.
4. Data and Privacy
While we take utmost care to protect your data during the repair process, we strongly recommend backing up your device before handing it over for repair. sanctiongraduate is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
5. Payment and Fees
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after our assessment.
6. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the completion of repair may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
